Boris Alexandrov, MBA, PMP is a Director at COPE Health Solutions with over 18 years experience in healthcare and management consulting. He has spent the last decade with a primary focus on Value Based Care, Population Health, and Healthcare Policy as well as both Provider and Payer Operations. Mr. Alexandrov has led teams in developing and implementing value-based care strategies for major health insurers, optimizing MLR and implementing major regulations. His experience also includes directing payer partnerships for large health systems and educating health system executives on the intricacies of value-based care programs. His efforts have resulted in substantial shared savings for clients and the expansion of ACO partnerships. He has managed operations for multiple ACOs, implemented population health programs, and provided critical policy analysis on healthcare regulations.
Prior to entering in healthcare, Mr. Alexandrov excelled as an executive adviser, guiding Fortune 500 PMO executives on best practices in project and portfolio management. His tenure in consulting involved leading business process reengineering initiatives, managing cross-functional project teams, and driving change management efforts.
Mr. Alexandrov holds an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a BA in International Relations/Economics from the College of William and Mary. His professional certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Change Leadership from Cornell University, and Strategy and Performance Management from Georgetown University
