Brandy Hitchcock
Consultant
Brandy Hitchcock, MHA is a Consultant with COPE Health Solutions. She joins the organization with a background in service excellence, program management, and process improvement. Ms. Hitchcock will be working with our VBC team to support business development and care delivery transformation initiatives.
Ms. Hitchcock began her career with the firm in February 2022 as an Undergraduate Patient Registration Intern for the UT Health Rio Grande Valley partnership, then later as a Graduate Program Management Intern to support workforce development programs. She also worked as an Administrative Resident with UCLA Health’s Office of CICARE Service Excellence where she supported various system-wide projects, including the recognition, service recovery, and leadership rounding programs.
Additionally, Ms. Hitchcock previously participated in the Health Scholar Program at Adventist Health Castle in 2021. As a Scholar, she completed her rotation in the pilot health administration department and worked closely with Volunteer Services. Ms. Hitchcock later joined the program’s Executive Team as a Director of Administration and worked alongside the program manager to meet program needs and oversee the administrative branch.
Ms. Hitchcock received her Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California (USC). While at USC, she also received her Certificate in Management of Ambulatory Care Systems and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Previously, she completed her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health with a minor in Business Administration and a certificate in Vietnamese from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa.
