Lucas Blazejewski, MS, MPH, PMP is a Manager at COPE Health Solutions with over 15 years of experience across the health care spectrum from academic research, global public health, retail pharmacy, primary and specialty medical care, and health plan operations. He has specialized knowledge in health plan risk adjustment operations, Medicare Stars, quality improvement, process improvement, project management, practice transformation, patient- centered medical home accreditation, retail pharmacy clinical service development and operations, and value-based reimbursement.
Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Blazejewski has served as a health care management consultant for 5 years. In his consulting roles, he has served in an advisory and project management capacity to improve clinical and health plan operations in a variety of areas. Prior to consulting, he was a health care operator working to improve retail pharmacy and medical clinic operations and services.
Mr. Blazejewski is a certified Project Management Professional. He holds two master’s degrees in health Outcomes and Socioeconomic Sciences and Public Health from the University of Toledo and University of Pittsburgh respectively. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in pharmaceutical sciences from the University of Toledo.
