Matthew Helfand

Matthew Helfand is a Technical Solutions Lead with COPE Health Solutions with broad expertise in analytic strategies and implementations. He has significant experience in performing analytics across many different institutions. He provides expertise for clients in strategy, data analysis, data warehousing, data governance, infrastructure and reporting.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Helfand was the head of program management with a financial institution focusing on ServiceNow and Salesforce ecosystems. Prior to that Mr. Helfand worked within the Salesforce/Tableau ecosystem over a 6 year period focusing on leading pre-sales endeavours, developing and implementing innovative and effective strategies to facilitate customer adoption of analytics-focused culture across multiple industries. This included, building best practices, data governance (data and content management), and data strategy.

Mr. Helfand earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from CUNY Baruch College, focused on finance and investment. He also has his Masters of Science from Northeastern University.
