Oishi Goswami

Consultant

Oishi Goswami, MPH is a Consultant with COPE Health Solutions. Within Ms. Goswami role, she primarily supports our client delivery team with projects focused on value-based care solutions and business development opportunities.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Goswami served as a Policy Fellow at the Connecticut Commission on Women, Children, Seniors, Equity and Opportunity where she analyzed proposed legislation and regulations across multiple health policy domains and authored policy briefs and testimony for stakeholders. Ms. Goswami’s experience includes working as an Evaluation and Analysis intern at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute, where she conducted analyses of diversity and representation in clinical research. She also worked at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, where she gained valuable experience in Medicaid and CHIP program operations, managing congressional inquiries and providing technical assistance for state Medicaid programs.

Ms. Goswami holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy with a concentration in Regulatory Affairs from the Yale School of Public Health at Yale University. During her time here, she served as the Co-President of the Yale Chapter of the American Public Health Association and as a Student Fellow at the Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy at Yale Law School, among other leadership positions. Ms. Goswami completed her Bachelor of Arts in Global Public Health and Sociology from the New York University College of Arts and Science, where she was recognized with the Global Public Health Practice & Leadership Award.
