Chelsea Cariaso

Program Manager

Chelsea Cariaso, MHA is Program Manager at MultiCare Tacoma General Hospital. As a Program Manager, Mrs. Cariaso oversees the COPE Health Scholar and Junior Health Scholar programs at the Tacoma, Washington site. She is responsible for managing program operations, recruitment, training, and mentoring of program participants.

Prior to joining COPE Health solutions, Mrs. Cariaso worked for MultiCare Health Systems in their Specialty Clinics, Case Management, and Utilization Management departments. In these roles, she gained experience in managing day-to-day department operations, employee training, process improvement, as well as professional communication and relationship building. Mrs. Cariaso has a strong passion for utilizing her knowledge and skills to help teach and mentor others to achieve their professional goals. She also strives to make health care processes more comprehensible and accessible to all.

Mrs. Cariaso received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and earned a Master of Health Administration from Western Governors University.
