Alyssa Rollins

Program Manager

Alyssa Rollins, MEd, joined COPE Health Solutions in October 2023 as a Program Manager at Adventist Health Portland. As a Program Manager, Ms. Rollins is responsible for the oversight and expansion of the first Health Scholar program to be implemented in the state of Oregon, which is scheduled to launch in January 2024.

Leaning on her experience in adult education and program administration, she is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the program, leading recruitment and enrollment strategies, and providing training to program participants. Ms. Rollins has six years of experience in the higher education and nonprofit industries, which she utilizes to provide ongoing professional development and career coaching to the individuals that she oversees.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Rollins served as the Assistant Director of Student Engagement at Western Oregon University, where she managed a team of professional and student staff to facilitate leadership development and training programs, host student events, and provide student organization management. Additionally, she has experience as a Cause Partnerships Manager at a health care nonprofit organization, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, where she supported a portfolio of hospital partners with their peer-to-peer fundraising, as well as youth community engagement strategies and initiatives.

Ms. Rollins earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Oregon State University and her Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina.
