Madan Temesgen

Madan Temesgen, MBA, joined COPE Health Solutions in March 2024 and currently serves as the Program Manager at St. John’s Regional Medical Center. As a Program Manager, she leads the day-to-day operations of the Health Scholar programs. As a vital bridge connecting program participants, clients, and the seamless operation of our initiatives, she undertakes a range of crucial responsibilities such as recruitment, training, leadership development, mentoring, and offering professional development opportunities to participants as they progress in their healthcare careers.

Prior to her role as Program Manager at COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Madan excelled in various positions within the health care organization. She worked as Contact Center Supervisor and interim Program Manager at Spring Fertility where she worked on KPI evaluations and oversaw day-to-day operations. She also prepared business improvement plans, assisted in patient escalation, collaborated with stakeholders to achieve project goals using her project management skills.

Ms. Madan holds a Master of Business Administration from the Edward S. Ageno School of Business at Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University, where she was also a member of the Psi Chi Honor Society.
