Mark Manrose

Regional Manager

Mark Manrose, MBA, is a Regional Manager for the COPE Health Scholars programs at COPE Health Solutions. In this role, Mr. Manrose is responsible for the oversight and expansion of COPE Health Solutions’ workforce development programs at healthcare facilities throughout Orange County and the Inland Empire.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Mr. Manrose dedicated over a decade of his career to higher education, most recently serving as the Dean of Extension for Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to his appointment as Dean at Otis College, Mr. Manrose worked in the executive education department at UCLA Anderson School of Management and the continuing education department at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Mr. Manrose has extensive experience creating, developing, and managing educational programs that provide pathways for both youth and adult learners to transition into the workforce so they can advance and expand their career options. Mr. Manrose firmly believes that workforce development educational programs can play a significant role in changing people’s lives and uplifting their communities.

Mr. Manrose earned his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Bradley University, in addition to his Master of Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his Master of Education from Pepperdine University.
