Program Manager

Elizabeth Gonzalez, MBA, joined COPE Health Solutions as a Program Manager for the COPE Health Scholars programs. In this role, Ms. Gonzalez oversees the COPE Health Scholars and Care Navigation program at Adventist Health Glendale where she leads recruitment and enrollment strategies, manages day-to-day operations of the account, trains new cohorts and offers professional development opportunities to participants as they embark on their health care careers.

Ms. Gonzalez holds a Master’s in Business Administration and has several years of experience in higher education and managed social service programs in implementing creative pathways to employment and education, bridging the gap between higher education, social services and the workforce. This allowed for the opportunity to foster growth, increase diversity, in effort to establish community engagement.

Prior to joining COPE Health Solutions, Ms. Gonzalez provided training and coached individuals to help meet their career and educational goals. Subsequently, she developed various higher education and workforce development partnerships by generating internship opportunities for underserved individuals, leading to advantageous employment opportunities.

Ms. Gonzalez is passionate about helping the next generation of healthcare scholars seek their educational and career goals and looks forward to advancing her career at COPE Health Solutions in health education and delivery.
